About Me
I am a User Experience and Employee Experience Researcher and Service Designer, skilled in cross-cultural research for complex internal platforms and end-to-end journeys.
My background in Clinical Psychology, Learning Experience Design, Facilitation and Project Management helps me collaborate with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on understanding human needs, business strategy and cross-cultural context.
I have experience working on a variety of projects from complex internal systems to end-to-end processes bridging Digital and Physical experiences with emerging technologies for 200+ countries. Over the years I've worked across a range of industries such as insurance, banking, logistics, advertising, retail, pharmaceutical, and mental health, improving employees' experience.

I love writing about UX and my articles were published in:
UX Collective: "An internal user survey guide: a step to UX research culture", "My Design Values", "Why designing Learning Experience is all about UX"
UsabilityGeek "Cross-cultural UX Research and Design Resources"
Prototypr "UX Research books"
featured Medium article "A look at incorrect password messages in Apps"

I am passionate about Service Design and I've been a co-creator and volunteer for Service Design Bookclub Toronto since 2019, helping with facilitation and meetings structure iterations.

In my free time, I enjoy watching detective stories, discussing the storytelling elements in movies and doing puzzles.
